Q: How much space is needed for setup?
We require a 10x10 ft space with access to power. Indoor or outdoor setups are both possible.

Q: Can I customize the video overlay?
Yes! Custom overlays are included with our Gold Spin and VIP Experience packages.

Q: How do I receive my videos?
Guests get their videos instantly via QR code, Airdrop, or direct link. A full video gallery can also be sent to the event host afterward.

Q: Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your date. The balance can be paid before or on the day of the event.

Q: Do you travel?
Yes! We serve Houston and surrounding areas (league city, pearland, sugarland, katy, spring, humble, pasadena, deer park, cypress). Additional travel fees may apply outside that range.
